INCHEON - Indian track cyclists Amarjit Singh Nagi and Amrit Singh failed to qualify for the men's keirin finals at the 17th Asian Games here Thursday. Nagi finished fourth in Heat 2, behind China's Xu Chao, while Amrit Singh came in fifth behind Japan's Wakimoto Yuta in Heat 3.
