with its heritage and costume show. Different states were presented from Kashmir to Mumbai through beautiful costumes. There were stalls from Ektaa Center, Ace Montessori preschool and Aloha Math. Indian food was served by Rasoi Restaurant. Indian music was a big draw with people flocking to the stages whenever it was played.
For the first time Adaa Dance academy performed traditional Maharastian, Rajasthani, gujrati and Bollywood and western fusion dance. There were 5 flash mobs throughout the festival. Punjabi folk dance was performed by the Prance and Dance Academy. Mumbai Madness did Bollywood and Bhangra dance. “Gurukul” program did aarti on the World Religion stage. Little kids from ‘Bollywood Rythem’ dressed up as Lord Ganesh for ‘Ganesh Stuti’. Hindu Swayam Sevak Sang did the yoga presentation.
Garba was performed by Gopurum Dance Academy. Sur Music and Dance Academy explained Odissi dance with all the mudras. Vocal musical performance by Rythem in Carnatic Music, Sneha Krish did a Bharata Natyam piece and Udita Academy a Fusion one.
