NORWALK, CA - Shriji Mandir celebrated its first Janmastami Utsav on Aug.19 and 20. Shastrji Krusnadutt Niranjan and son Aditya - from Mumbai -narrated the glory of the lord. It was enjoyed by the large number of devotees who were in attendance. There was also a Nandotsav – a focus on the birth of the Lord that was an audience favorite.

There was energy and joy at the temple on both days, with worshippers reveling in stories, little children enacting Lord Krishna and the bhajans sung by Mrulalini Parikh.
