IRVINE,CA - Navratri festivities began at the Mandir here with customary Vedic invocations, homam and pujas. The well planned layout offered a spiritual experience to streams of devotees right from parking the footwear to the ‘darshan ‘of Durgamata with special archanas, blessings, mahaprasad and, bhajans. Vijayadashmi was celebrated with Ravandahan outdoors. Kids enjoyed environment friendly and safe ‘crackers’ by stamping on bubble wraps without any fire and smoke.
Sai-Baba 100th Punyatithi (anniversary) was also celebrated with 101 kalasha milk abhishekam, pallaki utsav, shej aarti and, bhajans.
