in one’s life. In Norwalk, crowds gathered in large numbers to express their adoration of the Lord. The large parking lot was filled to capacity and people stood in lines to offer abhishek to the Shiva Linga. The worship here was conducted according to tradition with puja being performed through the night at the prescribed hours. Ancient Vedic chants filled the temple and the extensive offerings made of flowers were akin to what is usually witnessed only in India. Attendees said they were sure that such a scene was not to be seen anywhere else in SoCal. Members of the community also offered dance and music items to the Lord.
