HONOLULU, HI -Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard will soon be tying the knot. Gabbard’s office confirmed the engagement announcement on Jan 8. Gabbard and her fiance are planning for a wedding in April in Hawaii. The groom-to-be is from Hawaii and is a cinematographer, but it is unclear how long the couple has been dating. In 2013, Tulsi Gabbard was named one of Washington D.C.’s prettiest people by “The Hill” newspaper.
