ARTESIA, CA - Community activist Ramjibhai Patel was recognized by Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Bharatiya Pravasi Divas held in Gandhinagar from January.7 to 9. Modi lauded Ramjibhai for his efforts to clean the streets of his native village Unjah for fifteen days. Ramjibhai recalled how he visited Narendra Modi’s office in 2009 and showed him pictures of how he and his team had cleaned the town.
