Amma offered an all day meditation & ayurveda retreat this year, using food as a healing medicine. The last program Amma conducted was a sacred fire ceremony that generates powerful spiritual vibrations that bless and purify everyone present, spreading peace and healing throughout the world. Her free program is open to all, as Amma doesn’t ask anyone to change their faith, just go deeper. Amma has helped thousands with her humanitarian work here in the US and in India including free schools, free homes, water projects, free hospital, medical camps and food drives for the poor.
