ARTESIA, CA – An armed robbery occurred at Shan Jewelers in the `Little India’ market on Pioneer Blvd. here on Jan 23. Five men, dressed in black pants and hoodies entered the store at around 1 pm, broke the glass counters with a hammer and snatched the jewelry. One suspect had a rifle. The men fled in two get away vehicles. According to reports, no one was hurt or injured in the incident.
