media personality, Reggie Benjamin offered his condolences by performing a song dedicated to Gabor at the funeral ceremonies Benjamin was born in Canada, moved to Chicago at the age of nine where he spent his childhood and youth and graduated from Chicago’s Columbia College with a degrees in Music Voice. He founded the recording label Club 2X Records. His debut album 2X Centrix reached the number two spot on MTV Asia. Benjamin collaborated with Joanie Laurer, a WWF wrestler Chyna. He also collaborated with reality television contestant Sarah Kozer on the song “Crazy Freaky”. In 2005 E! Entertainment named Benjamin one of the ten most influential Indians living in the US. Benjamin is also a social activist. His “Mission Save Her” charity is supported by Hollywood celebrities Justin Bieber and others.
