Artesia,CA - Nanking Indo-Chinese restaurant held its grand opening celebration on April 6 with Artesia city officials, friends and family gracing the occasion. Nanking has been serving the community for the past three years from its old location on Pioneer Blvd. Sally Flowers, Mayor of Artesia, congratulated the owners on the opening,
“On behalf of the city, it is my honor to participate along with council member Ali Taj at the celebration and ribbon cutting for the grand opening of Nanking Indo Chinese restaurant. I’m glad they continue to make Artesia their business home,” she added. Some of the other officials present for the evening were Linda Johnson, Field Deputy for County Supervisor and Parimal Shah, Vice president, Artesia Chamber of Commerce.
The owners Ankur Solanki and Dinesh Shah did the official ribbon cutting throwing the new location open. Hundreds gathered to enjoy the inauguration and mingled over an elaborate free buffet laid out by the restaurant.
