wedding trends. The show began with heart-stopping performances from singer Charanjeet “CJ” Singh. The singing sensation belted out a number of popular songs including Tum Hi Ho, which made the ladies in the audience swoon.
Although Singh was a tough act to follow, Karmagraphy was ready to give it a try. The full service entertainment company specializing in innovative choreography wowed the audience with its unique brand of Bollywood-infused dancing acrobatics. The entertainers come from all over the world and their expertise in a plethora of styles made for a world-class performance.
With the wedding season coming up, the aptly timed Bollywood Bridal show was a rocking success with hundreds of people attending and enjoying the fun filled colorful afternoon The event kicked off around noon with 62 stalls fully decorated and ready for the show. The onlookers were all excited to see their favorite store or product in the mix.
Whether one was looking for a wedding dress/ gown or tuxedo, designer/ fashion jewelry or beauty and makeup artists and mehndi, it was all available under one roof. Decorations, florists, DJ’s & entertainment, video & photographers, wedding coordinators, invitations, limo & transportation, cake/ fruits, elephant & horse carriages, ceremony & reception locations, and finest Indian & American caterers and many other leading wedding services providers were all there for the asking.
Guests were having a great time visiting the various stalls which included Karmik Fashions, Gauri Collections, Nafees Occasions, Deepti’s Floral Designs & Mandaps, and L.A. Rickshaw and many more.
The event was organized by Bimal Sandhu and Baljit Sandhu of Dhamaka Entertainment who put together a well organized event. Baljit doubled up as emcee for the event alongwith Sunny Singh.
Speaking to India Journal Sandhu said, “Our motivation for the show was to get top wedding vendors under one roof to showcase their products and create an atmosphere where future brides can come, socialize and plan their dream wedding with professionals at hand. The brides- to- be get a chance to see what the latest trends in the wedding industry are, and our show helps them pick their favorite wedding professionals who can make their dream weddings happen.”
Given the grandeur and the vibrant colors of the show, it felt nothing short of a grand wedding itself . Music, dance and masti were the key mood setters. Outside the main ballroom, restaurants such as Natraj Catering and Mantra offered samplings of their delicious food. Dreams Collections kicked off the bridal show with an array of wedding ensembles for the contemporary bride and groom. Mirage Collection followed with its new spring line, which featured traditional and contemporary wedding apparel for both women and men. Pretty Threading from Mission Viejo were also part of the fashion show, showcasing their jewelry ,make-up and art of threading and henna. In between the fashion shows, various entertainment options were afforded to the excited audience including a dhol performance by Kesar and a belly dance by Shirin.
The event was a treat for brides to-be and their families as the show gave them an opportunity to browse through the innumerable options to make their wedding day memorable. The show had something for everyone, providing an opportunity for all to enjoy
