A: My Family has been in the business since the 1950s. I’m the 3rd generation. My grandfather Ramkumar Bohra was the one who persuaded Dara Singhji to come to Bombay. ... he made movies like Hercules,Thief Of Baghdad, Golden Eyes. .. the famous qawwali “Hume toh loot liya milke husn walo ne” is from his film.
Q: You are a popular TV actor, how is it different from working in films?
A: I’m really blessed that whatever role that I’ve done, be it Dhruv of Shararat, Yudi of Kasautii Zindagii k or Viraj Dobriyal of Saubhagyawati Bhava, people have always loved me. So I’m hoping they bring the same love to my movies too.
Q: What is your relationship like with Salman Khan?
A: More than salman khan I’m close to his dad Salim uncle.he is my best guide, due to which Salman and me, we share a very cordial relationship. He even gifted me his shoes that he wore in Maine Pyaar Kiya, saying “they proved lucky for me, hope it will do the same to you”
