WASHINGTON - US President Barack Obama and Secretary of State John Kerry have wished Bengali-speaking people around the world 'Shubho Nobo Borsho!' on the occasion of Bengali New Year. In a message "on behalf of President Obama and the American people", Kerry said: "I am delighted to send our warmest greetings to all Bengali-speaking people around the world as you celebrate Pahela Boishakh."
