NEW DELHI - Two eminent women lawyers on Nov 29 demanded that an FIR be lodged against former Supreme Court judge Justice A K Ganguly who has been accused of misbehavior by a woman law intern. The demand was made shortly after the Supreme Court made public that Justice Ganguly has recorded his statement to a three-judge committee of the apex court which was set up to go into the sexual harassment allegations made by the intern. Additional Solicitor General Indra Jaising said an FIR should be lodged in Ganguly’s case. She said it was good that the court has named the judge. (PTI)
