and decided to open a restaurant together. A businessman and also the owner of Sunita Beauty Salons, Masih opened the restaurant with one motivation-to serve people and offer them good food. He himself enjoys making and eating good food. Masih developed a sense of serving his community through his work in the church and is now carrying that feeling forward through his restaurant. The feel of the restaurant is cozy, the décor is simple and one is always greeted with a friendly staff. On any given week day, one sees people from all backgrounds enjoying the various items on the buffet. He said that he already has loyal returning customers since his restaurant opened early this year. Amongst the many delectable dishes in the buffet, the ones to surely catch your fancy are tandoori chicken(tender chicken marinated in yogurt & spices, then baked in skewers in the tandoor oven, served on a sizzeler platter),special Sahara wraps with tikka, reshmi, bihari, seekh or hara bhara kababs, Shahi paneer(homemade cheese cooked in a wok with onion, tomatoes and exotic spices prepared in cashew nut sauce),chicken korma (boneless chicken cooked with cashews, almonds & herbs , finished with cream & dry nuts),chicken/lamb vindaloo(boneless chicken/lamb cooked with potatoes & herbs in a hot curry sauce), lamb saag(spinach cooked in chef’s special masala and brought to perfection in a blend of curried lamb),lamb jalfrezi (boneless lamb cooked Pakistani style with a seasoned vegetables & fresh herbs).
If you have a sweet craving, do try the ras malai(cottage cheese and rich milk flavored with pistachios & almonds, topped with crushed pistachios ).Beyond that, the appetizer menu features items such as kathi rolls (wraps), gobi manchurian (spicy cauliflower), and curry scallops. fusion items on the main course menu include lamb shanks, duck curry, lobster, salmon, roasted eggplant bartha, ginger chicken kabob, tandoori lobster, and anjiri kofta, a fig-based spin on malai kofta. The lunch buffet is served daily from 11 am to 3 pm and is priced at $8.99.It has over 30 different vegetarian & non-vegetarian options to choose from.The restaurant has a full catering menu and even does delivery in the nearby areas.
