Ingredients: 15 Marie Biscuits (or any tea biscuits) Nutella (or 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp icing sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, ½ cup water, 1 tsp instant coffee powder, 1 tsp sugar

Ingredients: 15 Marie Biscuits (or any tea biscuits) Nutella (or 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp icing sugar, 1/2 cup unsalted butter, ½ cup water, 1 tsp instant coffee powder, 1 tsp sugar
Method...
Boil water and add coffee powder and sugar to it. Let it brew for one minute. Switch off the flame let it cool down. Dip Marie biscuits in coffee decoction and place it flat on a foil. Keep on stacking 15 biscuits one by one in the same manner until you form a tower. Spread Nutella on its sides and top
Cover with foil and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Mocha cake is ready. Cut diagonally to get beautiful symmetrical lines
Tips: For a more chocolaty taste you can spread some Nutella between the biscuits as you form the tower
To create more fun flavors and colorful look you can alternate different flavors of biscuits like orange or chocolate
Cover with foil and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Mocha cake is ready. Cut diagonally to get beautiful symmetrical lines
