Boil water and add coffee powder and sugar to it. Let it brew for one minute. Switch off the flame let it cool down. Dip Marie biscuits in coffee decoction and place it flat on a foil.  Keep on stacking 15 biscuits one by one in the same manner until you form a tower.  Spread Nutella on its sides and top
Cover with foil and leave in the freezer for 2-3 hours.  Mocha cake is ready. Cut diagonally to get beautiful symmetrical lines
Tips: For a more chocolaty taste you can spread some Nutella between the biscuits as you form the tower
To create more fun flavors and colorful look you can alternate different flavors of biscuits like orange or chocolate

You can serve it as slice cake or with some ice cream and fruit as a dessert
Interesting facts about the recipe: This dessert looks like one has spent a lot of time making it, however, the actual process is very easy (Gandhi, winner of Kitchen Queens Dessert competition in 2015 has been passionate about food since a young age.  As a child, she enjoyed spending time in her mom’s kitchen relishing different foods and learning the fundamentals of cooking.   To meet her family’s and her own strict vegetarian needs, she started creating her own desserts using no eggs.  Mona’s prize winning dish was Tiramisu.)
