He is currently gearing for the release of his upcoming film '2 States', that stars Arjun Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amrita Singh and Revathy Kelunni. Karan has co-produced the film with Sajid Nadiadwala. '2 States' is based on Chetan Bhagat's 2009 novel of the same name. The film will hit theatres on April 18.
