BUENA PARK, Ca - Evergreen Seniors Association celebrated Diwali grandly on Oct 22 at Yellow Chilli Restaurant here. The celebration was held in traditional style with decorations and lighted candles on each table. Melodious music was provided by Anis Chandani and his orchestra with Mousami Shah as the lead singer.

Singers enthralled the crowd with old and new Bollywood songs. From beginning to the end guests enjoyed high energy music and dancing including bhangra. Prizes were given to the best dressed female audience member, as well as best female and male dancers. Prizes were contributed by Dr. Manni Singh, who along with Prabha Jain were the event coordinators. Evergreen Seniors Association, a new organization for seniors was launched recently in Orange County. Ram Singhania is currently the president.
