At the Shri Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, celebrations started with puja and abhishek. Devotees enjoyed garba,cultural program,matki food and bhajans till midnight. At midnight the mood created by the chanting of devotees “Hare Krishna Hare Krishna” was beyond description; the mood was only meant to be felt.

Mandir president Suma Haresh thanked all volunteers and Bhoodev Tiwari,Chairman of the temple spoke about the construction of the new kitchen and sought the support of all.
IRVINE
Janmasthami festivities began with customary invocations and pujas by three learned pundits at the Mandir in Irvine. The well decorated altar was enjoyed by around 800 devotees who came to the temple.There were special archanas,blessings, mahaprasad and bhajans.Gift of a booklet on eternal dharma was appreciated by all. Almost 100 devotees stayed till the midnight hour and were served special prasadam.
