SOMERSET, NY - The Asian American Retailers Association (AARA) successfully held its 10th annual trade show on Sept 9 at the Garden State Exhibit Center here. More than 2500 retailers from New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania participated and 165 booths were set up by the vendors. According to Vipul Patel, President of AARA “AARA Tradeshow is an opportunity to network, learn about new products & services,
sharing the ideas and improving the business. The main objective of the Tradeshow is to increase industry awareness within retailers.” “Many vendors offered special deals for AARA Tradeshow” said Bipin Patel, Chairman of Board of Trustees. He also said “every year AARA Tradeshow not only grown bigger but also became more informative.” Vendors offered beer, wine and spirits to sample and also allowed tasting of candies, ice-cream and energy drinks. One of the retailers, Jignesh Patel of Krauszer Food Store, who has been participating in the AARA trade show for the fifth year said, “I learned about different insurance programs, new ATM machines and found many new products. The show also helped me to network with both vendors and retailers.”
