In an interview to IANS, Tanishaa said: "I would have loved him (Ajay Devgn) to host it, but the Colors team would not get him in my season (laughs). You can't push Ajay to do anything... he is the Singham! Maybe, next year or so we will see him hosting... you never know."
Tanishaa is still happy to have Arjun as the show's host. "I think he is really cute. I like the way he talks, and he is well connected with the youth. I think he will do excellent work," she said. The show will go on air on Colors early next year, and the team will be shooting for it in Argentina.
The actress, the younger sister of Kajol, says she has jumped into the show without giving it a second thought.
"More than being excited, I'm really nervous. Honestly, sometimes I jump (into things) without thinking, and I feel I have jumped into 'Khatron Ke Khiladi' without thinking," Tanishaa said.
"I'm very adventurous... I went on 'Bigg Boss', and that shows my spirit. How much more adventurous one can be," she quipped.
This year, 14 contestants, including actors Sidharth Shukla, Vivan Bhatena, Sana Saeed, Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij, model Parvathy Omanakuttan, Indian hockey player Yuvraj Walmiki, telly actors Aishwarya Sakhuja, Tina Dutta and Himanshoo Malhotra, and dancers Faisal Khan, Mukti Mohan and Raghav Juyal will feature in the show with Tanishaa.
