Sa Re Ga Ma Pa winner in 1996, sang some soulful songs and established beautiful memories with the audience. Accompanying her were Sacchin Dhome on tabla and Harshad Dhome on keyboard,all artists from Nagpur.
The concert was attended by a large number of music lovers. Almost 200 guests were left mesmerized with old classic songs from Bollywood movies, and semi classical ghazals.
Hardas’ son, Sarang Hardas said, “Today’s evening celebrates our achievements and my mother’s teachings. She always used to tell me that life is all about caring, sharing and giving back to the society in the form of culture and tradition. We all need to follow the light that guides us towards the greater truth in life. That is the essence of life.”
Significantly, Siddhivinayak temple that was started by Hardas family foundation in 2009, promotes arts and culture by organizing concerts by eminent artists.
