CHANDIGARH - Punjab was on maximum alert on Thursday while villagers close to the border with Pakistan have been told to move to safer locations following Indian "surgical strikes" across the LoC. HYDERABAD - A youth from Hyderabad was allegedly stabbed to death by his room-mate in the US. According to information reaching the family of Sankeerth (25) here on Tuesday, he was murdered in his room in Austin, Texas late on July 18.
