LOS ANGELES – Parkash Utsav of Guru Gobind Singh was celebrated with religious fervor and enthusiasm at Gurdwara Vermont on January 23.
The students of various Punjabi Schools of different Gurdwaras sang Shabads. Raagi Jathas of local Gurdwaras performed Gurbani Keertan.
A lecturer spoke about the life and teachings of Guru Gobind Singh, particularly about his sacrifices and contributions. Senior members of the community were recognized and honored.
Gurdwara President Bhai Jhilmil Singh welcomed and thanked the Sadh Sangat.
