LOS ANGELES,CA-Dilip Butani has been appointed as GOPIO’s area coordinator for Southern California. The Global Organization of People of Indian Origin has a number of objectives that include promoting legitimate interests of the PIOs/NRIs as a resident in countries outside India. At present there are three chapters– Los Angeles,
Orange County and Inland Empire. Butani’s aim is to add more chapters in the area. At present Butani is the media co-chair for GOPIO.
