India Journal was established in 1988 is the only Indian-American newspaper published from Southern California.  Premier Media Inc., a California Corporation is the parent company of the weekly.
India Journal over the years of its publication has become the leading voice of the Indian-American community.  It focuses its coverage on the South Asian Diaspora in America with special emphasis on Southern California.  The paper reports extensively on the geo-political issues that affect Indo-U.S. ties.
In addition, the paper connects the community with the happenings in the Indian Subcontinent. Each week the paper runs thought provoking editorials that are not only in immediate response to events but also embodies analytical thought.
As a reader friendly paper, India Journal presents all this in neat capsules that allow quick understanding of the current issues.
India Journal also has the unique ‘Khazana’ which literally translates to ‘Treasure.’ Indeed, the verdict has been that this infotainment section has a wealth of articles that covers the all important Bollywood scene, health and beauty, and various other human interest stories.
At regular intervals, India Journal publishes a full color glossy magazine that zeroes in on a particular topic that could relate to industry or culture.  Full of information meant to be saved and re-read, this magazine also features businesses in the industry, making it a complete product.
