the US House of Representatives. The award was handed to Royce by Dr. Sahota on behalf of the Council. Nicky Kapadia was present at the event.
Royce was also the keynote speaker for their annual `Around the World in 60 minutes’ lecture which gave him the opportunity to reflect on his years in office and present his take on the challenges and opportunities the country faces in the years ahead.
Royce served California’s 39th Congressional District which encompasses parts of Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
